Dr. Keskar was born in 1954 in Rajkot, India.  When he was young, his family moved to Amravati in the state of Maharashtra where Dr. Keskar completed his early schooling.   Dr. Keskar received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, where he was a Gold Medalist.  Dr. Keskar came to the United States in 1975 to attend the University of Cincinnati where he received his Master's and Doctorate degrees in aerospace.  While at the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Keskar had the honor of studying under famed American astronaut Dr. Neil Armstrong.  After finishing his degree, Dr. Keskar worked as a research associate in the Flight Dynamics and Control Division at NASA Langley Research Center.   In 1980, Dr. Keskar moved to Seattle to join The Boeing Company, where he has held senior positions in engineering, marketing and sales. Today he holds the dual positions of vice president of Boeing International and president of Boeing India. He was appointed to the sales position in April 2002. In this role, he is responsible for sales efforts in India and Nepal, including oversight of the Boeing India office.  During his time at Boeing, he received his Master's of Business Administration from City University in Seattle in 1987 and attended the Berkeley Executive Program at the University of California, Berkley in 1994.    Dr. Keskar has served on several national boards like the directors of the American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry’s civil aviation committee, the U.S.-India Business Council and the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading, and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Today, Dr. Keskar splits his time between Delhi, India and Renton, Washington where he lives with his wife Medha and has one son, Mahesh.</text>

                <text>Santosh Wahi was born in Northern India and was the daughter of an Indian diplomat.  Because of her father’s postings, she lived in Delhi, Holland, and New York City by the time she graduated college.  Mrs. Wahi studied Chemistry and earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Institute of Sciences before moving to New York City with her family in 1968.  She eventually went back to India, where she met and married her husband Pran Wahi in 1970.   After getting married, Mrs. Wahi and her husband moved first to Boston and eventually came to the Pacific Northwest in 1973, when there were relatively few Indian families in the area. She and her husband settled on Mercer Island.  Mrs. Wahi became involved with the fledgling Indian community, teaching children the Hindi language and Indian history for 20 years. She also shared her culture in local public schools, volunteered at the Seattle Asian Art Museum and coordinated events that promoted Indian culture.  Mrs. Wahi has also worked in area hospitals, courts, and school systems as a language interpreter.  She and her husband are long time members and contributors to the India Association of Western Washington and People for Progress in India.  She and her husband Pran live on Mercer Island, WA.  She has two daughters, Charu and Anshu.</text>

                <text>Santosh Wahi was born in Northern India and was the daughter of an Indian diplomat. Because of her father’s postings, she lived in Delhi, Holland, and New York City by the time she graduated college. Mrs. Wahi studied Chemistry and earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Institute of Sciences before moving to New York City with her family in 1968. She eventually went back to India, where she met and married her husband Pran Wahi in 1970. After getting married, Mrs. Wahi and her husband moved first to Boston and eventually came to the Pacific Northwest in 1973, when there were relatively few Indian families in the area. She and her husband settled on Mercer Island. Mrs. Wahi became involved with the fledgling Indian community, teaching children the Hindi language and Indian history for 20 years. She also shared her culture in local public schools, volunteered at the Seattle Asian Art Museum and coordinated events that promoted Indian culture. Mrs. Wahi has also worked in area hospitals, courts, and school systems as a language interpreter. She and her husband are long time members and contributors to the India Association of Western Washington and People for Progress in India. She and her husband Pran live on Mercer Island, WA. She has two daughters, Charu and Anshu.</text>
