An official from the Mongolian embassy met with the Deputy Head of the USSR’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss Sino-Soviet relations. The Deputy Head mentioned that China’s stance and policies remain unchanged, so no improvements in relations are anticipated. They also discussed matters related to trade, including physical goods as well as technical and scientific exchanges.
