Description

Nazi anti-communist and antisemitic propaganda poster from the 1940s. The poster shows women looking at the bodies of murdered civilians. Behind them is a threatening stereotyped Russian Jewish man wearing a cap with the communist star and holding a handgun toward the viewer. The poster connects communism, Jewish identity, and violence in order to create fear and hatred, which was a common message in Nazi propaganda. The Library of Congress identifies it as an anti-communism poster of Vinnista.
