Description
A blood chit issued from the Aviation Committee, National Government of the Republic of China, to the American Volunteer Group (Flying Tigers). The Chinese characters read vertically from right to left: "來華助戰洋人" (This foreign person has come to China to help in the war effort) and "軍民一體救護" (Soldiers and civilians, one and all, should rescue, protect, and provide him medical care).
