Backcountry Water Sources

This map plots in space and time all of the backpacking trips I took in 2020. The points on the map represent general locations of the areas traveled. The colors of the waypoints represent the reliability of water sources along the trail.

Over time, with enough data, the map will reflect how climate change affects the availability of seasonal water sources in the Sierras and surrounding wilderness.
