A snippet of text from Euripides' Bacchae which shows a conversation between the god Dionysus and mortal Pentheus in which Pentheus changes into a woman's clothes with the god's help.
The god Dionysus stands holding a bunch of grapes in one hand and pinecone-like object in the other. He is crowned with a wreath of grapes and clothed in a knee-length robe, animal-hide vest and open-toed boots.
