Aviation / Advancements of Aircraft Technology
Hello, my subtopic will be exploring the effects of WW2 on aviation. Specifically, I wish to research how the development of aircraft technology rapidly grew as a result of the war.
I will compare aircraft capabilities between Germany and Japan for the Axis, and the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States for the Allies, and how these capabilities grew throughout the war. In addition, my exhibit will serve to demonstrate how air superiority was an essential component of the strategy that allowed the Allies to defeat the Axis powers.
After visiting my exhibit, you will be familiar with the premier aircraft produced by each country, that served as an essential part of that nation's defensive and offensive strategies.
