Indian Government and Punjab

The British left India post WW2 after decades of power but matters got much worse in the following years. As the Cold War got bigger the world powers at the time became more interested in India. The Soviets and the United States both played roles in changing India's government and economic systems. Some of these changes were good, others led to propaganda, chaos and corruption.

This was highlighted in the 1980's and 1990's. There was propaganda, government corruption, lots of violence, riots and resistances which made lasting impacts on many people around India, specifically Punjab and others around the world.
