German Soldiers Perception of WWII

This page will give some insight on how German soldiers perceived WWII and more specifically I will try to guide you through it in a way that displays how German soldiers' opinions of WWII might have changed throughout the war. I will do this by presenting you with some letters from German soldiers in the timeline below that you can look at and to get a better understanding and some analysis of the letters you can either click the links under the letters in the timeline or you can click on the sub sections to the right which are labelled with each soldier's name and from what year the letters are from.
